The ratio between the loan and the value of the mortgaged property should not exceed 80%, or 90% for loans to finance own housing for applicants under 36 years of age. - Can I pay back?
There is an increased risk of defaulting on a loan if the repayments on all of the applicant's loans exceed 40% of their net monthly income. - Will I be over-indebted?
The risk of defaulting on a loan increases when the total debt of the loan applicant exceeds eight times his net annual income.
